Methodology
In July 2026 we asked ChatGPT, Claude, Grok the following 5 questions, phrased the way real buyers ask them, with no brand names included:
- “What's the best CRM software for small businesses on a budget?”
- “Can you compare the top CRM platforms available right now?”
- “I need a CRM that's easy to use and integrates with email, what do you suggest?”
- “Which CRM software is best for sales teams managing lots of leads?”
- “What CRM do most B2B companies use to track customer interactions?”
Each response was scored per brand: cited with a link = 100, ranked #1 = 85, #2 = 70, #3 = 60, #4–5 = 50, named without a ranking = 40, not mentioned = 0. The visibility score is the average across all 3 assistants × 5 questions. Data refreshes monthly. Scans run on GEOAT, the same engine behind our brand tracking.
